Accountabilities:
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy production-ready solutions.
- Identify high-impact opportunities across the business where software, automation, data, or AI can drive operational efficiency, product innovation, or revenue growth.
- Own the full software lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, internal tools, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements, and measure outcomes.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, and long-term platform evolution.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure environments, ensuring system reliability, observability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and development methodologies that can improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering complex software products and business solutions with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
- Strong background in full-stack software engineering and production application development.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI-assisted development workflows and the ability to effectively integrate AI tools into engineering processes while maintaining quality and security standards.
- Experience working with modern web application frameworks such as Laravel or comparable technologies.
- Solid understanding of experimentation platforms, A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven product development practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Cloudflare, or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Proficiency with Git-based development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience with technologies such as PHP, Python, TypeScript, Laravel, Astro, MySQL, Datadog, LLM APIs, RAG architectures, embeddings, agent frameworks, containerization, or infrastructure-as-code is considered advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in globally distributed teams.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Must be authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship.
