Your role and responsibilities The Recruitment Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for scheduling, coordinating interviews including travel, extending offers, generating offer letters, making welcome calls to all applicants prior to their scheduled start date, background variance resolution, data entry and internal/external reporting. The coordinator will work with the recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.Key Responsibilities:Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviewsCoordinate travel arrangements as neededBook resources for interviewsPosting job requisitionsGenerate and send offer letters/packagesFacilitate background investigations of new hiresMonitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processingKick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activitiesCommunicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notificationsKeep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updatedManage requisition statuses in the Applicant Tracking SystemPerform other miscellaneous duties as required by management Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 1+ years’ experience in recruitment administration (screening and sourcing, scheduling of interviews, onboarding, offers)At least 1+ years’ experience in candidate selection processAt least 6 months experience in Human Resources and/or StaffingRecruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus Preferred technical and professional experience • Team Leadership Experience: Exposure to team leadership principles, including providing work direction and guiding employees on various processes, is beneficial for success in this role. • Advanced HR Knowledge: Familiarity with a range of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, scheduling, and analyst reporting, can be an asset in this position.
