Management and Program Analyst

Are you an analytical professional with experience evaluating programs, processes, or organizational operations? Are you interested in using data, analysis, and process improvement to help organizations operate more effectively? If so, we are looking for Management and Program Analysts to support management initiatives by evaluating programs, analyzing operational data, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. If selected for this position, your duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Lead or conduct complex studies and evaluations of programs, operations, and organizational initiatives. Analyze program effectiveness, organizational performance, and resource utilization to identify solutions to management issues. Develop strategic recommendations, policies, procedures, and performance measures to improve organizational outcomes. Advise management and senior leadership on program, policy, and administrative matters. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and implement organizational improvements.
