Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta)

Role responsibilities

The Field Copier Technician will troubleshoot and repair office equipment while providing high-quality technical support to customers. Effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and developing solutions for unusual problems are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a mechanical and electrical mindset, with experience or training in Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers being a plus. Strong computer knowledge is also advantageous.
