We design and deliver customized systems for customers worldwide, combining engineering expertise with state-of-the-art technology.As a Working Student (m/f/d) in International Marketing & Event Management at KRAUSE Automation GmbH, you will support our global marketing team in planning and coordinating international trade fairs, customer events, and marketing initiatives. Working closely with our worldwide subsidiaries, external partners, and suppliers, you will help ensure the successful execution of global events while gaining valuable hands-on experience in international B2B marketing and project management.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, organization, and follow-up of international trade fairs, customer events, and internal eventsCoordinate event-related activities with our international subsidiaries to ensure consistent planning and communication across all locationsCollaborate with external agencies, exhibition organizers, and suppliers to support the successful execution of global eventsAssist in preparing presentations, newsletters, event materials, and other marketing content in German and EnglishSupport website updates and selected social media activities related to international eventsAssist with market research and provide administrative support for international marketing projectsYour ProfileCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related fieldInitial experience in marketing, event management, or project coordination is an advantageStrong organizational and communication skills with a proactive and structured approachEnjoy working in an international environment and coordinating with teams across different countriesFluent in German and English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhat we offerHands-on experience in international event management and B2B marketingActive involvement in global trade fairs and international marketing projectsClose collaboration with colleagues from our worldwide subsidiariesFlexible working hours compatible with your studiesA collaborative team with flat hierarchies and opportunities to contribute your own ideasAbout usAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
