Our Regulatory Communications is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Product Specialist to help drive growth, client success, and product innovation in the Asset Management Regulatory Communications space. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for DocuBuilder and related regulatory communications solutions, ensuring that implementation, client service, and product delivery remain aligned with the overall product vision and Broadridge’s Regulatory Modernization program.

Product Expertise & Product Vision

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for DocuBuilder and related Asset Management Regulatory Communications solutions.

  • Partner with the AMRC Product team to support the development and execution of a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Ensure that implementation and client service activities are delivered in a manner that is consistent with the product vision, product standards, and intended client outcomes.

  • Articulate how DocuBuilder and related product capabilities fit within the broader Broadridge platform and Regulatory Modernization program.

  • Collaborate with Product teams across regulatory communications products and other Broadridge divisions to ensure a consistent approach to designing products and product features for fund administrators, fund servicers, and asset managers.

Client Implementation & Service Alignment

  • Coordinate closely with Implementation and Client Services teams to ensure successful client onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing service delivery.

  • Provide product guidance and subject matter expertise to support implementation planning, issue resolution, and client configuration decisions.

  • Help ensure that client implementations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with standard product capabilities while also addressing client-specific needs.

  • Work cross-functionally to resolve product, implementation, or service issues that could impact timelines, client satisfaction, or product performance.

  • Act as a bridge between Product, Implementation, Client Services, and Operations to ensure consistent communication, prioritization, and execution.

Sales & Presales Support

  • Partner with the Sales organization to support presales activities, including client presentations, product demonstrations, solution discussions, and responses to client inquiries.

  • Help Sales articulate the value proposition, functional capabilities, and business benefits of DocuBuilder and Broadridge’s regulatory communications solutions.

  • Support the development of sales materials, client-facing product content, and solution positioning.

  • Provide product expertise during prospect and client meetings to help identify needs, address questions, and shape appropriate solutions.

Innovation, Growth & Client Feedback

  • Identify client and market needs that can be addressed by Broadridge solutions, with a particular focus on fund administrators, fund servicers, and asset managers.

  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate client feedback on product performance, service experience, and market expectations.

  • Develop relationships with key clients who can provide feedback on current products, future enhancements, and potential new capabilities.

  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Services teams to translate client feedback into actionable product enhancements.

  • Support the innovation pipeline by identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and contributing to product development priorities.

Industry Engagement & Market Intelligence

  • Represent Broadridge as an industry-facing product expert through client meetings, webinars, conferences, publications, and other market-facing activities.

  • Build market awareness and demand for Broadridge solutions by communicating product capabilities, regulatory insights, and industry best practices.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure Broadridge remains well-positioned in the regulatory communications space.

  • Identify tangible opportunities to strengthen Broadridge’s competitive position and improve the client experience.

  • Contribute market knowledge, client insights, and competitive intelligence to strategic planning, product roadmap development, and enterprise planning processes.

Product & Solution Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Sales, Client Services, Implementation, and Operations, to deliver high-quality product solutions tailored to client needs and industry standards.

  • Support product development programs by helping define requirements, validate client needs, and ensure that delivery remains aligned with product strategy.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure product enhancements are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear communication to impacted stakeholders.

  • Help identify and resolve issues that could delay product releases, increase implementation complexity, or negatively impact client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product specialization, client implementations, regulatory communications, or asset management technology.

  • Demonstrated experience working with asset management, fund administration, fund servicing, or regulatory communications solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory communications processes, document workflows, and client service models within the asset management industry.

  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert for a product or platform and supporting cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Client Services, Implementation, and Operations.

  • Proven ability to support product strategy, roadmap execution, and product enhancements based on client needs and market feedback.

  • Experience participating in presales activities, including product demonstrations, client presentations, and solution discussions.

  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value.

  • Experience gathering and synthesizing client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product development.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues collaboratively, and drive alignment across stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $170,000.
