Field Service Technician (Suwanee, GA or Kansas City, KS or Harrisburg, PA locations)

Role responsibilities

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical industrial robotic systems, as well as providing remote and onsite support. You will also perform preventive maintenance and communicate effectively with customers and managers.

Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of engineering experience with an electromechanical focus, preferably in warehouse automation. Knowledge of Python, C++, and PLC experience is required, along with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
