As the F&B Service Agent, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Reports to the F&B Supervisor, in his absence to the F&B Manager.
Performs his assigned tasks and ensures their timely implementation.
Acts on issues and concerns in his field of activity immediately.
Ensures attainment of his assigned objectives.

Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times, positively representing the hotel management team and Hilton Worldwide.
Fully embraces and articulates Hilton philosophy and Hilton Garden Inn brand guidelines and policy
To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind
To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues
To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you. (i.e. overtime)
To be well groomed, punctual and courteous and assume all the time a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests
To listen to customer’s complaints and relay them to the supervisors or managers
To ensure that Brand Standards are being practiced at all times
To contribute ideas & suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel
To actively promote the services and facilities of the Hotel to guests and suppliers of the Hotel
To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace
Preferably good working experience around the world in well-known hotels or restaurants.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate
Passion in learning and basic knowledge of food and beverage, especially coffee, wines & beverages
To be team orientated and to be able to cope with high volume of business
Creative and aware of new food trends
Hand’s on personality.
Efficiency in your job, to be honest to your supervisors and colleagues.
Good attitude and to be willing to learn.
