ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Customer Operations team in Krakow. In this role, you will support customers and vendors throughout the order management process, manage requests in Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer queries are handled accurately and efficiently.
You will take ownership of customer cases from the initial request through to resolution and work closely with Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Finance and other internal departments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Manage the customer backlog in Salesforce, our customer relationship management system.
- Respond to queries from customers and vendors by email, chat and telephone.
- Review customer orders and verify that all required information is complete and accurate.
- Contact customers to collect missing details or clarify order requirements.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, invoices and complaints, while providing after-sales support.
- Cooperate closely with internal departments to resolve customer queries and operational issues.
- Monitor open cases, follow up with relevant teams and keep customers informed about progress.
- Take ownership of customer requests and ensure they are followed through to resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication
WHO YOU ARE:
- Fluent Polish, both spoken and written.
- English at B2/C1 level, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Operations or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Accurate, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Customer-focused, reliable and willing to learn.
- A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership.
