Accountabilities:
- Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging architecture, voice, and identity frameworks to clearly communicate the organization’s value and differentiation.
- Lead content strategy by developing themes, narratives, editorial plans, and campaigns that support both brand growth and business objectives.
- Build and manage a multi-channel content calendar covering digital content, thought leadership, social media, community initiatives, and other brand experiences.
- Create and execute measurable brand programs focused on awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and customer advocacy.
- Develop community activation initiatives that transform customers into advocates through storytelling, partnerships, and engagement programs.
- Lead events, webinars, co-marketing initiatives, and earned media programs that expand reach and strengthen credibility.
- Establish brand measurement frameworks, track key performance indicators, and use data insights to optimize investments and improve impact.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align brand initiatives with broader growth strategies.
- Manage and mentor team members while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution, quality, and continuous improvement.
- 6–10 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or related disciplines, including experience as a senior individual contributor or early-stage people manager.
- Proven experience building brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and content programs from the ground up.
- Background working in a high-growth SaaS company, ideally within a scaling organization where ownership and adaptability are essential.
- Experience creating marketing programs tied to measurable business outcomes, including pipeline impact, customer acquisition, and growth metrics.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, thought leadership, community marketing, PR, and earned media development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage PR initiatives independently, including building relationships with media, industry voices, and external partners.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, including reviewing content, developing campaigns, and improving processes.
- Data-literate mindset with experience using analytics, experimentation, and performance insights to guide decisions.
- Experience in health, wellness, healthcare technology, or related industries is an asset.
- Curious about emerging AI technologies and experienced using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity.
