Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage complex healthcare programs, ensuring successful delivery of services, projects, and contractual obligations within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee program performance, including quality metrics, operational KPIs, deliverables, and financial tracking to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear, consistent program communication.
- Direct cross-functional collaboration across clinical, technical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless program execution and service delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while developing corrective action plans and ensuring operational readiness.
- Prepare and present program status reports, performance updates, and strategic insights to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, scalability, and overall outcomes.
- Support strategic planning efforts and contribute to business development activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
- 10+ years of experience in project planning, program delivery, and leadership roles within complex environments.
- Strong background in healthcare operations, ideally with Medicare, Medicaid, or claims processing experience.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technical or operational programs with full accountability for outcomes and delivery.
- Strong people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with sound independent judgment.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and reporting/metrics systems.
- Experience in government or regulated healthcare environments is highly preferred.
- PMP certification and Master’s degree are strong pluses.
