Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis and investigation on Prescription and Sales datasets.
- Identify data anomalies and ensure timely, accurate delivery to stakeholders.
- Plan and manage project transitions, track deliverables, and establish realistic timelines.
- Ensure smooth operations during transitions, parallel production, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Initiate and implement process improvements to streamline deliverables.
- Provide extended support for ad-hoc client requests.
- Maintain and support documentation such as SOPs, Delivery Trackers, and Change Logs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management, project management, reporting, and transitions.
- Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle transitions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across service groups and onshore teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.
