This role supports the pre-boarding process for new hires across the EMEA region (primarily Romania). The role provides guidance and support to help resolve employee questions quickly, while directing individuals to the appropriate delivery channels. It ensures flawless end-to-end execution of Human Resources services and processes to support business objectives. Additionally, the role contributes to building intuitive systems and processes that enable accurate and timely delivery of HR solutions, while driving continuous improvement and supporting change in a progressive, global HR organization.

This is a hybrid role (3 + 2 days model).

Responsabilities

  • Manage the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including engagement activities with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide support and administration for pre-employment screening activities
  • Act as a focal point and engagement lead between the HR organization and the onboarding team
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives
  • Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience through effective delivery and execution of HR services and processes
  • Serve as a point of escalation, advising stakeholders on job-related matters
  • Manage and analyze data, provide administrative support, and contribute to process standardization

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Services, Customer Experience, administration, or another process-related role
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French, German, or Italian are a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HR topics clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, including the ability to handle sensitive matters
  • Project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities or complex projects
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and effectively use HR technology to deliver solutions
