This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape end-to-end NetSuite implementations with a strong focus on Advanced Manufacturing environments. You will work closely with clients to translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable ERP solutions, spanning design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The position is highly consultative and client-facing, combining functional expertise with hands-on system delivery. You will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing operations through NetSuite, including WIP, routing, inventory, and production planning capabilities. Accountabilities:
- Lead and support full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Advanced Manufacturing modules and related business processes.
- Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional system design to translate client requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Configure NetSuite manufacturing capabilities including WIP, routing, capacity planning, finite scheduling, and advanced workbenches.
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements, producing design documentation, system specifications, and deployment materials.
- Guide clients through manufacturing and warehouse-related processes such as inventory movements, replenishment, bin transfers, and cycle counting.
- Support inventory costing methodologies and ensure proper alignment with manufacturing and BOM structures.
- Provide issue resolution, risk identification, and mitigation planning throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful system testing, integration, and post-implementation support.
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly Advanced Manufacturing and standard manufacturing modules.
- Strong knowledge of WIP, routing, BOM structures, and work order build processes within NetSuite.
- Proven experience with Advanced Manufacturing functionalities such as capacity planning, finite scheduling, and workbench configuration.
- Solid understanding of inventory costing methods, including standard costing within NetSuite.
- Experience leading or contributing to full-cycle NetSuite implementations in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to translate complex manufacturing terminology into functional ERP configurations and solutions.
- Strong analytical and consulting skills with the ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and define system requirements.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory adjustments, transfers, replenishment methods, and cycle counting.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements (where applicable).
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing advisory skills.
- Competitive salary range between $140,000 and $200,000 annually (based on experience and location)
