Accountabilities:
- Serve as a key leader within the practice, representing technical and strategic direction in customer, partner, and internal discussions.
- Own the technical vision and narrative throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from early qualification through customer delivery alignment.
- Lead technical demonstrations of agentic AI platforms, autonomous coding solutions, and AI-powered software engineering capabilities for technical and executive audiences.
- Prototype, integrate, and validate agentic AI solutions hands-on to demonstrate feasibility and reduce delivery risk.
- Develop and communicate reference architectures that integrate AI capabilities with secure enterprise platforms and mission systems.
- Guide technical strategy, offering development, partner alignment, pipeline prioritization, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to validate technical approaches and ensure successful execution.
- Support proposal development by providing technical leadership, architectural input, and resource planning recommendations.
- Build and advance a qualified pipeline of AI and agentic technology opportunities across government and enterprise markets.
- Partner with technology and cloud providers to support responsible co-selling strategies while ensuring delivery readiness.
- Represent the practice externally through customer briefings, industry events, thought leadership activities, and technical discussions.
- Stay current on developments in agentic AI, large language models, developer tooling, cloud technologies, and modern software delivery practices.
- Active U.S. Government security clearance required, with Secret minimum; Top Secret and SCI eligibility strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar strategic technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience operating in executive-facing environments and influencing technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI and large language model developer tools, including the ability to personally build, prototype, and demonstrate solutions.
- Strong builder mindset with experience validating technical concepts through practical implementation.
- Proven success delivering technical solutions in high-security, compliance-driven, or government environments.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise architectures across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and cloud operations.
- Experience leading customer demonstrations, developing reference architectures, and communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating proposals and presenting to executives.
- Ability to solve complex problems, operate in ambiguous environments, and create innovative solutions.
- Preferred experience includes government mission environments, federal authorization frameworks such as FedRAMP or ATO processes, AWS GovCloud, and secure hybrid architectures.
- Experience launching new practices, solution offerings, partner initiatives, or emerging technology programs is highly valued.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $172,900 – $272,400 USD annually, based on location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
