You will also serve as a visible external voice for the space through executive education, industry events, and thought leadership.

Accountabilities:

    • Partner with executive leadership and solutions consulting teams to shape Specification-Driven Development (SDD) strategy, customer narratives, and market positioning.
    • Lead high-level executive customer engagements, translating complex engineering environments into clear business cases, value propositions, and outcomes.
    • Act as a market-facing subject matter expert, representing SDD through conferences, webinars, advisory sessions, and thought leadership initiatives.
    • Support enterprise sales cycles by providing strategic technical guidance on requirements, traceability, verification, and systems engineering transformation.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs and market signals into actionable product requirements, including AI-driven capabilities.
    • Enable cross-functional go-to-market execution by developing scalable messaging, use cases, and solution frameworks across sales and marketing teams.
    • Influence senior technical and business leaders, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and heads of product, quality, and digital transformation.
    • Requirements:

      • 12+ years of experience in engineering, product development, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines.
      • Strong background in complex, regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical devices, semiconductors, or industrial manufacturing.
      • Proven experience in requirements engineering, systems development, verification & validation, or digital engineering transformation.
      • Demonstrated expertise in Specification-Driven Development and its application in complex engineering environments.
      • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, technical advisory, or enterprise transformation leadership.
      • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clearly communicate complex technical trade-offs.
      • Deep understanding of engineering lifecycles, including requirements, design, validation, and compliance traceability.
      • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
      • Familiarity with requirements or ALM tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, Jira, Azure DevOps) is a strong plus.
      • Knowledge of MBSE, digital engineering practices, and AI-driven engineering workflows is highly valued.
