Develop and maintain standardized deployment processes, site readiness checklists, asset handoff procedures, operational acceptance criteria, and program governance mechanisms.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Site Operations, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, Compliance, Safety, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deployment of critical assets.
Track deployment milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers, readiness gaps, and decision points; provide clear escalation paths and drive issues through closure.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve asset lifecycle management processes, including asset onboarding, tracking, maintenance planning, warranty visibility, decommissioning, and replacement planning.
Partner with operations and engineering teams to define preventive maintenance strategies, maintenance intervals, job plans, procedures, and performance expectations aligned with OEM guidance, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.
Utilize CMMS and related asset management systems to maintain asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance programs, workflows, job plans, reporting structures, and data quality standards.
Build and implement asset and maintenance programs for new facilities while ensuring consistency with established fleet or enterprise standards.
Monitor asset performance indicators, maintenance compliance, operational readiness measures, and recurring deployment or equipment issues to identify systemic improvement opportunities.
Develop and manage corrective action processes related to deployment misses, asset failures, operational findings, maintenance gaps, and recurring site readiness concerns.
Facilitate or support root cause analysis for asset performance issues, deployment defects, repeat failures, and operational events; verify that corrective actions are implemented and effective.
Provide data-backed reporting to site, regional, functional, and senior leadership on deployment status, asset readiness, CMMS health, risks, trends, and improvement plans.
Identify structural process gaps, vendor or logistics issues, documentation defects, system limitations, and service delivery concerns; lead initiatives to improve consistency, reliability, scalability, and accountability.
Support risk assessments, business continuity planning, contingency strategies, and mitigation plans for critical assets, deployment workstreams, and operational readiness activities.
Ensure required asset documentation, maintenance records, handoff evidence, compliance artifacts, corrective action records, and program trackers are complete, current, and audit-ready.
Reinforce Oracle standards for safety, operational discipline, data quality, documentation, ethical vendor engagement, communication quality, and accountability across internal teams and external partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-7+ years of experience in asset management, site deployment, infrastructure operations, maintenance planning, program management, facilities operations, data center operations, utility operations, industrial operations, or related mission-critical environments.
Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, Construction, Compliance, Safety, vendors, or external service providers.
Experience supporting new site launches, site expansions, infrastructure deployments, asset rollout programs, construction turnover, or operational readiness activities.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance programs, CMMS governance, corrective action tracking, root cause analysis, and operational risk mitigation.
Experience developing or improving maintenance strategies, job plans, asset hierarchies, data quality standards, work management processes, or performance reporting structures.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, risks, escalations, and stakeholders independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also valued.
Ability to travel as required to support site deployment, readiness reviews, stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and program execution.
Skills and Competencies
Strong program management skills with the ability to structure ambiguous work, define milestones, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across operations, technical, commercial, logistics, safety, compliance, and leadership teams.
Data-driven approach to asset readiness, deployment tracking, maintenance compliance, CMMS health, trend analysis, risk identification, and leadership communication.
Strong operational judgment in balancing site readiness, safety, service continuity, schedule pressure, compliance requirements, cost discipline, and risk mitigation.
Ability to identify systemic issues, assess operational impact, and drive practical resolution paths through internal teams and external partners.
