We are seeking a Senior to join our Okinawa team—someone ready to lead complex work, grow people, and deliver measurable impact for customers operating in one of the most important strategic regions in the world. You would join a team in Okinawa and a broader leadership team in Japan and South Korea in our transformative effort to advance military mission outcomes forward in a more effective or efficient way through using new technology.
As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a customer-facing leader guiding high‑visibility mission and technology‑focused efforts across the Pacific. You will drive delivery excellence, manage a portfolio of tasks or workstreams, coach and upskill teammates, ensure contract and program expectations are met with precision, lead business development efforts, and transformation efforts for both Booz Allen and our customers.
You will help shape the future of our technical and mission work by integrating emerging technologies with military mission sets, leveraging analytics, leading solutioning efforts, and partnering with cross‑functional teams across Booz Allen to bring the full strength of the company to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Lead day‑to‑day delivery of technical, mission, or analytic workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment to customer expectations and financial and contractual objectives
Provide people leadership through coaching, mentorship, feedback, and fostering a growth‑oriented team culture
Oversee program and contract management elements such as staffing, hours forecasting, deliverable tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication
Partner closely with government customers at customer sites, understanding their operational environment and translating mission needs into actionable plans and technical solutions
Integrate emerging tools—AI, autonomy, digital engineering, modeling and simulation, cyber capabilities—to strengthen mission outcomes
Coordinate with Booz Allen’s regional and global teams to leverage best practices, reach‑back expertise, and company-wide resources
Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, shaping ideas, facilitating solutioning workshops, and helping articulate value propositions aligned to customer priorities

You Have:
10+ years of experience with leading complex mission, technology, or consulting projects in a fast‑paced environment in a Department of War environment
10+ years of experience with program or contract management activities, such as staffing, deliverables, scope management, schedule, quality, or financial awareness
10+ years of experience leading people, including mentorship, performance support, work planning, and team development of at least 15 people
Ability to build trust with customers and communicate clearly with stakeholders, external and internal to the company
Ability to demonstrate strong strategic and systems-level thinking, including connecting mission needs to emerging technologies, including AI
Ability to work independently and across various time-zones in a small, high‑impact regional team setting, collaborating across Japan, South Korea, and the broader Pacific
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in digital modernization, AI/ML, cyber defense, advanced analytics, or integrated technology solutions
Experience with solution architecture and facilitating workshops to design potential technology solutions to drive mission outcomes in Department of War setting
Experience with proposal, white paper, and technical demonstrations development
Experience operating in overseas, Joint, or Pacific environments, including under Status of Forces Agreement or SOFA
Experience working with the U.S. Marine Corps
Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations or manage several multi‑stakeholder initiatives simultaneously
Knowledge of Booz Allen technology offerings
Knowledge and experience with multiple contract types, such as FFP or CP, and strategies
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
