We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.Position Overview As an Assembly Manager you will assist Manufacturing Manager & Control the operation of Assembly department.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine department strategy, key focus, KPIs and goals. Plan, organize, execute and review to achieve the goals.Responsible for assembly operation as assembly, maintenance, quality, SAP/ITS system, administration, ISOs, EMS, TS16949, CSR, RBA compliance to meet production plan, customer requirements and standards.Define department policy, procedure, processes and instructions for assembly operation to use effectiveness of resources and improve overall machines/lines effectiveness.Responsible for production trial, transfer and new product development under department scope (RRE).Participate and execute operational excellence as zero defects, innovation, production cost saving plans and activities.Recruit, RRE setting and review, training and coaching subordinates, people relation and performance assessment.Responsible for financial related department operation.Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals. d. Company asset protection Management Systems by following established policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)QualificationCollege degree and aboveExperience At least 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Preferred: Technical background, FATP process, Automation background is plus Skills & Competencies Good knowledge and skills of engineering, manufacturing processes, product design, 7 QC tools Procedures, processes, standards, instructions creation skills English (oral and written), Work planning, Problem-solving, Training, Coaching, Leadership and managerial skills Kaizen and innovation skills Performance assessment.
