The Sea Logistics Operational care specialist provides operational excellence, efficient and quality service.

What we would like you to bring

• Improve workflows and reduce waste with the process + systems team
• Update skills and participate in training programs
• Assist in selecting and onboarding suppliers, focusing on FCL and LCL inland transportation and temporary storage in Japan.
• Support contract management and supplier relationships
• Help define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address performance issues
• Ensure cost-efficient supplier selection
• Develop risk management and contingency plans
• Use KPI dashboards to control and improve quality
• Ensure informed decision-making across various dimensions
• Provide timely and accurate customer information
• Analyze KPI reports for performance improvement
• Monitor and increase automation using the eTouch Automation dashboard
• Confirm expected Gross Profit (GP) within 24 hours
• Ensure timely and accurate billing with at least 95% invoice quality
• Minimize deferrals and use appropriate Deferral & Loss Codes
