What You'll Be Doing
The Technology Office & Workforce Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Information Technology office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of an office. Performs standard Administrative Assistant assignments as well as traditional office administration with workforce-support coordination—partnering with IT leadership, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to facilitate hiring logistics, onboarding, associate-relations support, and office operations.
What We're Looking For
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the office; greet visitors, guests, and vendors, handle inquiries, and direct associates to the right resources.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel for IT leadership and teams; prepare agendas and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Order, track, and maintain office and technology supplies; coordinate facilities, seating, and workspace needs as the office scales.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and applicable offboarding, in partnership with HR and IT leadership.
- Review and route requests related to workspace and access such as corporate cell phones, hotspots, additional monitors, and remote-access requests.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate IT job postings, interview scheduling, and offer logistics.
- Track and coordinate PTO, out-of-office, and illness requests for the office; escalate to HR as appropriate.
- Coordinate recognition, milestones, anniversaries, and team celebrations for the office.
- Support annual bonus and merit cycle communications in partnership with HR, and help maintain the accuracy of associate lists.
- Identify training and development needs for IT associates and coordinate scheduling of learning activities.
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports; perform data entry and prepare reporting for IT leadership.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing and records systems (including off-site storage) in a secure, logical, and easily retrievable manner.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, meeting notes, and routine communications; research and resolve inquiries and problems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented, collaborative approach.
- Comfort supporting a growing office and adapting administrative processes to scale.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School degree or experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum Required: 3+ years administrative-related experience.
- Preferred: Experience supporting a technology or corporate office, and/or HR/workforce coordination.
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking, and ticketing/workflow systems preferred.
