Director of Business Development – M&A and Strategic Partnerships
Role responsibilities
The Director of Business Development is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing strategic acquisition and partnership opportunities. This role leads the full deal lifecycle from market intelligence to negotiating M&A activity until a letter of intent is signed.
Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, field sales, or M&A is required, preferably in the hearing healthcare industry.
