Accountabilities:

    The Principal Solutions Architect will lead complex enterprise engagements, providing technical direction, architectural expertise, and strategic guidance throughout the customer transformation lifecycle.

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic customer programs from initial discovery through production deployment and operationalization.
    • Serve as the primary technical leader across multiple complex enterprise engagements, ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
    • Partner with customer executives, implementation teams, product groups, and engineering organizations to drive successful outcomes.
    • Provide executive-level guidance on AI transformation, enterprise intelligence, digital modernization, and automation strategies.
    • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and integrated solution architectures.
    • Design enterprise architectures leveraging AI platforms, low-code technologies, graph capabilities, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
    • Develop knowledge graph architectures connecting business processes, products, systems, data assets, and organizational knowledge.
    • Create semantic data models that enable AI reasoning, contextual intelligence, relationship analytics, and intelligent automation.
    • Establish architectural standards around security, governance, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
    • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise knowledge graph solutions, including ontology design, graph modeling, data management, querying, and inference capabilities.
    • Define best practices for graph performance, governance, scalability, and production operations.
    • Guide customers in identifying high-value AI use cases and designing agentic workflows that automate complex business processes.
    • Design AI solutions combining structured and unstructured data sources through knowledge graphs and intelligent automation.
    • Establish governance approaches for AI agents, data access, knowledge management, and responsible AI adoption.
    • Support customer adoption, value realization, and expansion of intelligent technology capabilities.
    • Contribute reusable frameworks, implementation assets, architectural standards, and best practices to improve delivery excellence.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in enterprise architecture, AI transformation, solution consulting, and complex technology implementations.

      • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, solution architecture, consulting, digital transformation, or technology leadership roles.
      • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing graph database solutions and enterprise knowledge graph architectures.
      • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern software ecosystems.
      • Strong experience with graph data modeling, ontology design, semantic architectures, and relationship analytics.
      • Experience with graph database technologies such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph, Stardog, ArangoDB, or similar platforms.
      • Knowledge of graph query languages such as SPARQL, Cypher, Gremlin, or equivalent technologies.
      • Experience leading large-scale technology implementations for enterprise organizations.
      • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise automation platforms.
      • Experience designing context engineering strategies, including information organization, data chunking, summarization, governance, and knowledge source management.
      • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholder relationships and complex delivery programs.
      • Exceptional communication, facilitation, consulting, and leadership skills.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
      • Preferred Qualifications:

        • Experience in manufacturing environments, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), digital thread initiatives, engineering processes, or product intelligence solutions.
        • Experience implementing graph-based digital thread or manufacturing knowledge graph solutions.
        • Familiarity with semantic web standards including RDF, OWL, linked data, and knowledge representation frameworks.
        • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
        • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, and enterprise AI architectures.
        • Knowledge of enterprise data governance, master data management, and metadata management practices.
        • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
        • Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, AI, enterprise architecture, or graph technologies.
