We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesInspect, rework, and verify PCBAs and electronic assembliesInspect and verify third-party subsystems and componentsAssemble electromechanical satellite subsystems and harnessesPerform inspection, assembly, verification, and testing activities for satellite subsystemsBuild and maintain laboratory and satellite test setupsSupport integration and testing activities on engineering model satellitesRaise non-conformance reports and support root cause analysis activitiesEnsure proper documentation, traceability, and quality compliance across all activitiesCollaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to support satellite delivery milestonesWhat we’re looking forMust haves:Vocational or technical qualification in electronics, electrical, mechanical assembly, or equivalent hands-on trainingExperience assembling, inspecting, or verifying electronic or electromechanical componentsHands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and qualityExperience using electronic and RF lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, and thermal chambersAbility to read and follow technical documentation, procedures, and work instructionsComfortable using Jira and Confluence or similar documentation and workflow toolsStrong communication skills in English, both written and spokenPositive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environmentNice to haves:Familiarity with IPC standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721, or IPC/WHMA-A-620Experience working with ESA ECSS, NASA, or military quality standardsAwareness of 6S standards and lab organization best practicesExperience working in an R&D or aerospace laboratory environmentFamiliarity with mechanical lab tools, precision measurement tools, or 3D printersHot work permit certificationCommitment to continuous improvement and process developmentApplication ProcessRecruiter screening callHiring Manager...
