Accountabilities:
- Own and lead end-to-end growth marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, and lifecycle marketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Develop and optimize media plans, testing strategies, audience segmentation, and channel mix based on performance data and consumer journey insights.
- Partner with internal teams (brand, product, tech, customer success) to align marketing initiatives with broader business and patient acquisition goals.
- Manage and oversee external media and SEO agency relationships, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify actionable insights, and execute rapid optimizations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting, translating results into clear recommendations for future strategies.
- Present key performance metrics, insights, and growth opportunities to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition roles in a direct response or high-growth environment.
- Proven success in managing ROI-driven campaigns, including SEM strategy, smart bidding, and paid media optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing, creative testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce (or similar CRM and analytics platforms).
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
