This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration in Business Operations (TAB) and Strategy & Business Management (TAS), Transmission Chief of Staff (TA), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). A successful candidate in the Management and Program Analyst position will serve as an analyst and project manager responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects and initiatives to assess and promote program efficiency. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Plan, manage, and oversee Transmission initiatives under the Chief of Staff organization, working with Transmission managers across the business unit across Transmission, or other staff. Consult with managers and SMEs to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Lead and facilitate project and initiative plan implementation and monitors achievement of objectives. Serve as liaison between business units, corporate business partners, the Transmission Chief of Staff, Transmission Leadership team and staff involved in planning and executing projects. Evaluate and make recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for major projects and implementing standards, guidelines, or policies for program activities. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and targets are met. Monitors program projects, initiatives, activities, and resources to communicate issues and challenges to program and project managers.
