Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team.Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication. Your compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Vocational Nursing Skills
- Demonstrates basic technical nursing skills within scope of practice (as documented in agency skills checklist).

Job Requirements
Required
- High School Graduate
- High School/GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of acute hospital experience
- Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA LVN
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
- Driver's License: California Drivers License
- Auto Insurance
