The Role
As Delivery Leadership at Kyndryl, you will be responsible for providing fee-based services to customers by delivering comprehensive project solutions that achieve measurable business improvements through products and services, including systems integration and other proprietary tools. This role involves defining opportunity and process solutions while acting as a liaison between Account Delivery Partners, Practices, and Global teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through Advanced Delivery.
In this role, you will support the implementation of new approaches, process improvements, automation, and the establishment of PODs, ensuring streamlined operations. The role requires actively removing roadblocks, fostering collaboration, and maintaining team motivation to achieve challenging market targets, while managing initiatives that impact resources supporting the market. Tracking headcount and focusing on accounts with lower profit margins are essential responsibilities, along with identifying areas for cost reduction and skill enhancement.
Working closely with Account and Delivery Partners, Practices, and Global teams – you will continuously improve customer experience by enhancing processes, platforms, and ways of working. Advanced Delivery initiatives will be driven to achieve progress on targets, engaging with account teams to explore opportunities that benefit both the account and organizational goals. The role also includes optimizing resource use, ensuring the teams have the right skills to manage accounts effectively.
Managing performance objectives in collaboration with partners and delivery teams is a key part of the role. Additionally, you will engage in customer escalations, ensuring a swift resolution by removing obstacles, encouraging collaboration, and maintaining the team's motivation to deliver successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience
•7+ years of experience in global technology projects and execution (such as large-scale automation architecture and deployment)
•Extensive experience in a strategic technology function translating business needs, creating strategic options, and driving the design and execution of large-scale transformations
•Experience in global project leadership and execution, at an executive level.
•Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing automation solutions in complex environments
Ability to create effective relationships and to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels, internally and externally
Preferred Skills and Experience
•Expertise in emerging technologies, traditional ML/AI as well as Generative AI
•Knowledge of existing delivery and account processes and tools
