Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! The Room Attendant cleans assigned guestrooms and keeps related room floors clean at all times during a shift, assisting guests with any questions they may have.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to Hilton standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, deep cleaning, and turndown service when required.

  • Linen and Amenities: Replenish linens, towels, guest amenities, and room supplies according to established standards.

  • Housekeeping Supplies: Maintain housekeeping trolleys, supply carts, and linen rooms in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.

  • Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests, protect guest privacy, and deliver courteous, professional service.

  • Waste Management: Dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas while maintaining cleanliness standards.

  • Maintenance and Reporting: Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and linen shortages or losses to the appropriate department.

  • Security and Compliance: Safeguard master keys and comply with hotel policies, lost and found procedures, and Hilton standards.

  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

  • Additional Duties: Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

The following capabilities and qualifications would be advantageous:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; housekeeping or hospitality training is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in an international hotel environment.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest room cleaning standards, and chemical handling procedures.
  • Basic English communication skills & positive attitude to deliver exceptional guest service. 
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
