Our property boasts 505 guest rooms and 45,000+ sq. ft. of banquet/meeting spaces. Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton has 224 rooms, is less than 20 minutes from Levi's Stadium and San Jose Airport and close to Saratoga’s great wineries. Classification: Temporary - Anticipated employment end date is December 2026 (with possibility to extend) Sales Incentive Hilton offers the best in-market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. The quarterly incentive may have multiple individually weighted objectives, meaning multiple opportunities to earn a payout. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
