Their job role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the efforts of operations teams to manage and maintain business-as-usual (BAU) service. They provide a single point of contact for resolving incidents, monitoring live systems, and processing trouble tickets related to defects and incidents. The Package Consultant-SuccessFactors Core HR should have SAP Configuration experience, technical and business skillset, transition and implementation skills, and SuccessFactors Core Module Certification. They are part of the SAP SuccessFactors Practice in the global practice model and are aligned with one or more practices **Required technical and professional expertise** As an S/4HANA SF consultant, you will be part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and/or functional support around SAP sales module. Have following expertise & skills in SAP SuccessFactors: A strong understanding of HR fundamentals is crucial. This includes knowledge of areas like: Recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management Employee training and development & Labor laws and regulations according to country Communication and Consulting Skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** As an S/4HANA SFconsultant, you will be part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and/or functional support HR Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of HR fundamentals is crucial.
