Accountabilities:
- Collaborating with customers on complex data initiatives, including architecture design, migrations, application development, and deployment of production-ready data and AI solutions.
- Designing reference architectures, technical guides, automation utilities, and scalable solutions that can be reused across multiple customer environments.
- Advising strategic customers on modern data engineering, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives.
- Supporting the full lifecycle of customer projects, from discovery and architecture through implementation, optimization, and adoption.
- Providing technical leadership around data platforms, cloud architectures, AI implementations, and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Building robust automation frameworks and tools that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability for customers.
- Partnering with engineering and customer support teams to resolve technical challenges and provide product feedback.
- Managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining strong technical standards and delivery quality.
- Identifying risks, proposing solutions, and ensuring successful integration of technology solutions into customer environments.
- Creating clear documentation, technical demonstrations, and whiteboarding materials to support customer understanding and adoption.
- 15+ years of experience working with big data technologies, including Apache Spark, Kafka, cloud-native platforms, and data lakes.
- 6+ years of experience independently designing and implementing large-scale data architectures.
- 2+ years of experience delivering AI-focused implementations, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), context engineering, or similar AI solutions.
- Strong experience with modern data platforms and enterprise-scale data engineering practices.
- Hands-on development experience using Python or Scala.
- Experience working across major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, scalable systems, and production-grade engineering practices.
- Ability to transform complex business challenges into reliable technical solutions.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and technical communication skills, including whiteboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business leaders.
