As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure while improving system reliability, scalability, and engineering productivity. Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure that supports high availability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform while continuously improving cloud architecture and deployment automation.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable efficient, reliable software delivery across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with software engineers to understand technical requirements and deliver infrastructure solutions that support scalable application development.
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability systems to maximize platform reliability and incident response.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions that improve platform stability.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and technical reviews.
- Validate infrastructure changes through testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices while maintaining ownership throughout the full deployment lifecycle.
- 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Solid knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFront, S3, IAM, and related cloud technologies.
- Experience supporting highly available, large-scale production environments.
- Familiarity with content delivery and edge networking platforms such as Cloudflare or Fastly.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, scripting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
