Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians / Production Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble and inspect small components and pneumatic fittings while ensuring quality and production standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small parts and components using hand tools, fixtures, and work instructions
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs
- Accurately complete basic production and quality documentation
- Identify and report quality or safety concerns to supervisors
- Assist with training new team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with small parts and tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
- Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment
