For our client, we are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $255,000 – $320,000 annually
**Responsibilities**
- Own strategy, planning, and execution of field events across North America
- Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar with sales leadership
- Identify high-impact markets and account formats for pipeline generation
- Manage relationships and logistics with sponsors, venues, and speakers
- Drive measurable pipeline results and manage associated targets
- Develop strategies for attendee engagement before, during, and after events
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create event collateral and messaging
**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a high-growth tech company
- Proven history of driving pipeline through field programs, focusing on revenue impact over attendance numbers
- Self-directed and execution-oriented with the ability to move quickly and efficiently
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience collaborating closely with sales, BDR, and demand generation teams
- Excellent communication skills for influencing key stakeholders and working with colleagues
- Familiarity with relevant marketing technology platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot
