You will also lead technology transformation work, including contract lifecycle management, intake, compliance, ELM, and other legal operations-led process improvement initiatives, including workflows and automation for intake, approvals, document generation, and data capture, to drive significant efficiency gains and enable legal teams to operate in a more scalable, structured, and self-service model. You will advance Allstate’s Legal Technology and Artificial Intelligence initiatives by designing, implementing, and managing solutions that enhance productivity and business workflows. You will work closely with attorneys, Information Technology, Knowledge Management, and other internal stakeholders to build scalable tools, evaluate emerging technologies, and support the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions throughout the law department.Additionally, you will be accountable for achieving business outcomes, enhancing the value of the product portfolio, and fostering the professional growth of team members through mentoring and development programs.

- Experience building and/or refining MCP servers and designing evaluation/guardrail frameworks for autonomous agents.
- Familiarity with legal-specific platforms and use cases (document review, contract analysis, legal research, drafting).
