Accountabilities:

    • Achieve sales objectives across assigned key accounts and therapeutic areas by executing effective territory and customer engagement strategies.
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with broader commercial objectives and market priorities.
    • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders within the healthcare system.
    • Analyze patient pathways and identify opportunities to improve access to treatments, remove barriers, and enhance patient outcomes.
    • Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
    • Leverage CRM platforms, business dashboards, and data insights to optimize account planning and commercial performance.
    • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while supporting omnichannel engagement initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, or related discipline.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
      • Proven success as a Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing commercial role.
      • Strong understanding of the local healthcare system, reimbursement environment, and stakeholder landscape.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and achieve ambitious sales targets.
      • Customer-centric mindset with strong commercial acumen and excellent relationship-building abilities.
      • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English.
      • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
