Exciting opportunity for an IT LOCAL SUPER USER to join our team. The normal operating hours are M-F 8A- 5P. The Super User Contract Logistics is in principle responsible for the K+N CL Information Systems (WMS, TMS, KN LOGIN, etc). The job role encompasses operational and first-level support, user trainings, set-up of new customers, further developments and enhancements, release coordination, tender support and interaction with the national/regional CL Information Systems Team and other relevant counterparts. The role of the Super User is a developing role, and as skills grow, the Super User shall be able to learn and develop more him/herself.
The right Candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace.
How you create impact
Supporting Logistics-Process design and mapping
First level support
Error analysis, recovery and trouble shooting in coordination with national / regional team and/or other relevant counterparts
Preparation and follow up of open issue list
Audits to insure the users are properly and effectively operating the system, SOP monitoring
Software- and release testing in coordination with Regional team
Observing and maintaining data quality
User perception management
What we would like you to bring
Fluent with the current MS Office Professional package, with special skills in MS-ACCESS-database applications
Able to coach and mentor other staff
Relevant transportation/supply chain management qualifications
5+ years experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Distribution Centre / Pharma Cold Chain Warehouse environment
5+ years management experience in high volume, fast paced distribution center / warehouse environment
Preferably, have an operations background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with good understanding and application experience of IT systems OR IT background with sound understanding of the theory and practice of supply chain management and warehouse management
Knowledge of technical processes related to standard warehouse equipment and applications such as racking, WMS systems and MHE
Prior experience working in healthcare/medical device regulated environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Very organized / Methodical
Critical / Analytic / Objective
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous tasks
Acts as project resource
Development of SOP’s for WMS integrated part together with Project Manager CL
Configuration, design and mapping with the support of Project Manager CL
Configuration and testing of WMS for standard local implementations
Coordination and execution of EDI Mapping between K+N & Customer
Solution testing with customer and site
