Accountabilities:

    As the Director of Sales Enablement and Development, you will own the strategy and execution of programs that improve sales performance, accelerate productivity, and build a scalable sales organization. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to create systems that enable teams to consistently achieve business goals.

    • Design and execute a sales enablement and development strategy focused on measurable business outcomes, revenue growth, and improved sales execution.
    • Establish performance standards, frameworks, and best practices that define excellence across the sales organization.
    • Partner with recruiting teams to improve hiring profiles, interview processes, and selection criteria based on performance data.
    • Build and optimize onboarding and ramp programs that help new hires become productive quickly while maintaining high performance expectations.
    • Conduct live coaching sessions, call reviews, deal analyses, and skill development exercises to improve sales effectiveness.
    • Identify performance gaps and provide direct, actionable feedback to help sales representatives improve execution.
    • Analyze conversion rates, pipeline movement, sales activity, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and repeatable processes based on proven winning behaviors.
    • Create coaching systems that help sales managers become stronger leaders and performance coaches.
    • Leverage AI-powered tools and modern technologies to enhance training, feedback cycles, and sales productivity.
    • Continuously test, measure, and refine enablement initiatives to maximize impact.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced sales enablement or sales leadership professional with a strong record of improving team performance in high-growth, high-accountability environments. You are data-driven, hands-on, and passionate about developing people while driving measurable business results.

      • Experience in Business Lending or Lending is required.
      • 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales development, or sales leadership roles.
      • Proven track record of improving sales performance through coaching, enablement programs, and operational improvements.
      • Strong understanding of sales execution, including conversion optimization, pipeline management, messaging, and closing strategies.
      • Experience working directly with sales representatives through coaching, feedback, and performance improvement initiatives.
      • Ability to diagnose performance challenges quickly and implement effective solutions.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions and measure impact.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
      • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with high ownership and accountability.
      • Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
      • Experience using sales enablement and productivity tools such as Gong, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is a plus.

          • Senior Manager level: $120,000 – $235,000 + equity.
          • Director level: $140,000 – $255,000 + equity.
