Why Join Us? 

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a Finance leader. 

 

As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the FLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position. 

 

Strategic Business Impact 

The FLDP is a two-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 – July 2029. Participants will complete four, six-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Critical capabilities for the FLDP include:  

  • Corporate Finance 

  • Commercial Finance 

  • Finance Data & Analytics 

  • Financial Planning & Analysis 

  • General Accounting 

  • Internal Audit 

  • Operations Finance 

  • Strategic Pricing 

 

Compensation 

Our FLDP offers a starting salary of $80,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.  

 

What We Look For 

Academic Background & Work Experience: 

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree between December 2026 – June 2027 in one of the following: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study. 

  • 1+ years of Finance-related work experience (i.e. work experience, internships, case competitions, etc.).  

 

Leadership Profile: 

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations. 

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems. 

  • Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities. 

  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset. 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. 

  • Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs. 

  • Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.
