You will act as a key HR contact for managers, providing advice and support.Your Main DutiesProvide expert consultation, services, and solutions for routine and complex employee relations issuesSupport topics such as performance management, employee lifecycle, attendance, policies, and process guidelinesAct as a key HR contact for managers, offering advice and supportHandle complex, confidential, and sensitive inquiries, taking full ownership of casesFollow established processes to ensure consistent service deliveryReview, update, and maintain HR Services documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions)Proactively escalate issues to the appropriate HR partners when neededFollow up with employees and managers on incomplete processes and HR/benefit issuesResolve timesheet discrepancies and track open casesPerform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of HR servicesIdentify process improvement opportunities and potential compliance risksDeliver training to new HR team members and managers on proceduresCoordinate, support, and conduct investigations when assignedPrepare reports, analyze HR metrics, and support performance discussionsConduct data quality reviews and correct processing errorsParticipate in HR projects and initiativesProvide mentoring and support to junior team members and new joiners Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an...
