OB/GYN – NP/PA – Join a Growing, High-Performing Team
MercyOne Genesis is seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OB/GYN team in Moline & Silvis, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy Women's health program by providing immediate access to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive women's health care, including preventive, gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum services.
Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions.
Manage prenatal care and monitor maternal and fetal well-being.
Counsel patients on contraception, family planning, fertility, and menopause.
Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation - Starting at $130,891 – plus productivity incentive (for 1.0 FTE)
