OB/GYN – NP/PA – Join a Growing, High-Performing Team 

 

MercyOne Genesis is seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our OB/GYN team in Moline & Silvis, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy Women's health program by providing immediate access to the community. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide comprehensive women's health care, including preventive, gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum services. 

• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations. 

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions. 

• Manage prenatal care and monitor maternal and fetal well-being. 

• Counsel patients on contraception, family planning, fertility, and menopause. 

• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results. 

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care. 

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical and regulatory standards. 

 

Compensation & Benefits   

 

• Competitive compensation - Starting at $130,891 – plus productivity incentive (for 1.0 FTE)
