The Opportunity:
As a Quality Management Lead, you’ll support a dynamic, geographically dispersed Program Management Office (PMO) team. You will manage the full lifecycle of key program reporting, including Award Fee Self‑Assessments (AFSAs), government briefs, Quarterly Program Management Reviews (QPMRs), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and other recurring performance products. You will ensure all deliverables meet strict quality, compliance, and contractual standards while providing clear, accurate, and actionable information to senior government stakeholders. You will also provide daily leadership, guidance, and workload management for Quality team members.
This role includes leading the collection, validation, and synthesis of inputs from cross‑functional teams, transforming technical and operational information into polished, executive‑level materials. You will ensure consistency in messaging, adherence to required formats, and alignment with program goals and client expectations. Additionally, you will oversee the review, validation, and formal submission of all program deliverables, ensuring they are accurate and fully compliant with task order requirements. You Have:
5+ years of experience performing tasks that require strict attention to detail and effective time management
3+ years of experience with gathering, evaluating, and compiling qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources into a cohesive story
3+ years of experience with detailed formatting and reviewing products to identify and correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
3+ years of experience developing and managing trackers to monitor status of products and tasks
Experience with documenting quality processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement
Experience managing personnel, coordinating team tasks, and overseeing workstreams to support smooth operations and high‑quality outcomes
Ability to perform quality control and quality assurance reviews of documents against Task Order requirements
Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

Nice If You Have:
Experience with the Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community (IC) organizations and clients, or FEDSIM programs
Experience designing, managing, and interpreting program or organizational performance metrics
Experience creating engaging graphics that visually translate data and insights into clear, compelling visuals
Experience proofreading and editing complex program documents and applying rigorous AP‑style standards to ensure precision, clarity, and consistency throughout
Possession of excellent organizational, task management, and time management skills
Master's degree
PMI CAPM or PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
