Accountabilities:

    The Staff Product Operations Manager will own the operational systems, processes, and cross-functional programs that help product teams deliver impactful solutions efficiently.

    • Lead the development and delivery of product roadmap presentations, connecting data-driven insights, customer feedback, and strategic priorities into executive-ready narratives.
    • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that automate roadmap creation, analyze product data, and accelerate preparation of strategic materials.
    • Partner cross-functionally to ensure analytics, feedback, and business insights meaningfully influence product direction and execution.
    • Manage strategic programs and complex product initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
    • Serve as a key operational partner across Product, Marketing, Support, Sales, and other business functions to ensure alignment and visibility.
    • Identify project risks, remove blockers, manage escalations, and drive successful execution of high-priority initiatives.
    • Own the end-to-end customer and field feedback process, ensuring insights are captured, analyzed, and incorporated into product planning.
    • Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to monitor feedback channels, categorize themes, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
    • Develop scalable operational frameworks, processes, and systems that improve product team efficiency and execution velocity.
    • Diagnose operational challenges and create repeatable solutions that enhance collaboration and decision-making.
    • Maintain strong documentation practices and ensure operational information remains accessible, accurate, and actionable.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and team operating models.
    • Handle sensitive business information with discretion while operating as a trusted partner to leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will bring strong product operations expertise, exceptional program management skills, and experience building scalable processes within fast-moving technology environments.

      • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related function, ideally within enterprise software or high-growth technology organizations.
      • Proven experience managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong execution and attention to detail.
      • Exceptional project management, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong focus on follow-through.
      • Hands-on experience creating AI-powered workflows and using AI coding or automation tools to streamline operations and generate insights.
      • Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms.
      • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable operating systems.
      • Ability to translate customer needs, business challenges, and market insights into actionable product recommendations.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for technical and executive audiences.
      • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, and leadership teams.
      • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
      • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building processes, systems, or teams from the ground up.
      • Ability to understand and follow information security and privacy policies, including data handling, access control, incident response, and business continuity procedures.
