Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ to own and evolve our Salesforce platform end-to-end. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the subject matter expert responsible for platform configuration, delivery, and user enablement across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll bring a track record of delivering scalable CPQ solutions, managing complex CRM environments, and driving measurable adoption across go-to-market teams.

This will be a full-time, permanent position, working out of the Dublin office on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce platform owner for Trulioo's Sales Cloud and CPQ environments, with full accountability from requirements through to delivery and adoption.

  • Lead end-to-end CPQ configuration and optimisation: products, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approval workflows, and order management.

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle for Salesforce projects — scoping, building, testing, deploying, and iterating — ensuring changes land on time and to a high standard.

  • Design and own the Salesforce enablement programme: develop training materials, run onboarding sessions for new hires, and deliver ongoing education to keep users across Sales, CS, and RevOps proficient and confident in the platform.

  • Act as the internal go-to for Salesforce best practices, fielding questions from end users and ensuring consistent, high-quality platform adoption across the business.

  • Own daily administration including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.

  • Proactively monitor system health, data quality, and governance — driving regular audits and remediation.

  • Partner with RevOps, Sales leadership, Customer Success, Product and Finance to translate complex quoting and pricing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Architect and deliver declarative automations using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes; identify where automation can replace manual steps in the quote-to-cash process.

  • Lead system integrations and data migrations in collaboration with RevOps and IT.

  • Own release management, change control documentation, and internal best practices.

  • Mentor junior admins or business analysts and champion a culture of continuous improvement on the platform.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Cloud in a SaaS environment.

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, including product catalogue management, pricing rules, approval workflows, and quote template configuration.

  • Demonstrated ownership of Salesforce delivery — from gathering requirements and building solutions to deploying and measuring impact.

  • Proven track record of designing and running Salesforce enablement programmes, including training materials, user onboarding, and adoption initiatives.

  • Proven ability to design and build complex Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning pages.

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing architecture.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and RevOps stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust platform solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior business leaders.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification; CPQ Specialist certification strongly preferred.

  • Experience with CPQ integrations (e.g. billing platforms such as Ordway or Stripe Billing).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or advanced order management.

  • Prior experience in the identity verification, fintech, or regtech space.
