As our trusted Business Process Improvement Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence across the business. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ultimately help improve outcomes for our customers and patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall operational performance of the Surgical business.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and other Business Operations resources to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and lead projects to successful completion.
Utilize process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as executor of standardized and streamlined ways of working in the Business Operations, working with other teams to support the Field Sales team achieve/exceed their business goals.
He/she will be responsible to understand the business ecosystem including Revenue, Inventory, Consignment, Backorder, Kitting Process, Contract Management and other aspects that impact the business goals.
He/she is expected to liaise and communicate critical information that will drive process transformation and help deliver efficiency and cost-savings to the Surgical business
Required Knowledge and Experience:
High school diploma
2 years relevant experience in a sales support or enablement role
Valid driver’s license and own transport and willingness to travel as required for work
Demonstrates high level of initiative and ability to work with ambiguity
Ability to articulate information accurately and persuasively across different stakeholder groups.
