Accountabilities:

    • Own day-to-day product execution for core AI-powered mortgage SaaS products, ensuring consistent delivery of features and enhancements.
    • Translate strategic product direction into a structured, prioritized roadmap with clear sequencing and execution plans.
    • Lead structured customer discovery, feedback loops, and validation processes to inform product decisions.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, sales, and customer success to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
    • Identify risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and trade-offs early, proposing actionable solutions to maintain delivery momentum.
    • Manage sprint planning, requirements definition, and product documentation to support engineering execution.
    • Represent product in leadership discussions, ensuring operational clarity while enabling senior leadership to focus on long-term strategy.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a principal, senior, or director-level capacity.
      • Proven experience owning and delivering products within a B2B SaaS environment from concept to launch and iteration.
      • Strong track record of running customer discovery sessions, feedback programs, or structured user research initiatives.
      • Experience operating as a product leader or managing other product managers in a complex organization.
      • Excellent ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans and manage competing priorities effectively.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
      • Mortgage, fintech, or financial services experience is a strong plus.
