Job Summary
We are currently hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Geismar, LA. This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and able to meet production goals in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Meet daily production standards and maintain efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
- Communicate with Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping away from the line
- Report production waste or concerns to leadership
- Support overall production operations as directed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be dependable with good communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for production tasks
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
