These companies provide a combination of technology consulting, systems integration, managed services, outsourcing, cloud modernization, AI implementation, analytics, and application development services. As an Senior Account Manager for the IT-Enabled Services (ITeS) vertical, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers through their digital and AI journey. You will deliver solutions that produce measurable business outcomes and growth for both the customer and Microsoft, partnering with stakeholders to identify, design, and accelerate the initiatives that matter most to their goals.Drawing on your understanding of the IT-Enabled Services industry, including the ongoing pressure to improve delivery margins, automate high-volume processes, enhance customer experiences, and evolve from traditional labor-based models to AI-powered, outcome-driven services, you will help customers identify emerging technology trends and define a compelling vision for transformation. You will engage with business and technology leaders to understand strategic priorities, align Microsoft solutions to business outcomes, and build trusted advisor relationships. Working across customer, Microsoft, and partner teams, you will orchestrate opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and develop digital transformation roadmaps that balance long-term objectives with measurable near-term value. Challenge and guide the organisation through constructive conversations about their business and technology.Strategic Customer Engagement Develop a full understanding of the customer's business needs, priorities, and strategies, and deliver new insights that help them address those priorities jointly with Microsoft. Demonstrate long-term, differentiated value, and proactively build relationships across multiple levels of the customer's organisation to secure alignment and execution. Keep the bigger picture in view, absorbing complex information and bringing creative, conceptual problem-solving to every engagement.Business Relationship Owner Define the strategic vision and lead the transformation alongside the customer's CxO-level technology, digital, and business decision-makers.
