Accountabilities
- Execute outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads, conduct discovery conversations, and qualify prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Research target accounts to identify active and upcoming construction projects and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers and nurture prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring data quality and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Conduct high-volume daily outreach while maintaining quality and relevance in communications.
- Continuously follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and progress opportunities through the funnel.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or SDR/BDR roles in a B2B environment.
- Experience in SaaS or construction technology industries (preferred).
- Strong outbound prospecting experience across email, phone, and LinkedIn channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent level required).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and decision-makers.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.
- Interest in career growth toward senior sales or BDR leadership roles.
